According to WHO, worldwide obesity has more than 1.9 billion adults , 18 years and older were overweight. Of these over 600 million were obese.

(3) CREATE A VISION BOARD

Go through a bunch of magazines and cut out pictures of your role model,paste and aspire for your dreàm body, life and mindset. It will help you to stay encouraged and determined.

(4) DRINK WATER NOT CALORIES No juices, soda or sport drinks. Aim to drink 8 glasses of water per day.

(5) DEFINE YOUR “WHY” Why do u want to lose weight? Write it and paste everywhere in your room, vision board, bathroom etc. Its will keep reminding you of your goal for weight reduction.

(6) BALANCE AND STABILITY Start doing exercises. There are different types ranging from cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, skipping, dancing etc

(7) TRACK YOUR FOOD

Cut carbs. Know the minimum calories to be consumed each day to lose weight. Too few calories can, prevent your body from losing weight and getting rid of extra stubborn fat in its starvation mode.

(8) BE PRESENT WHEN YOU EAT

Eat slowly and chew your food 25 times before swallowing.
